Fanning The Flames is finished. Woo Hoo! Last night I sent Fanning the Flames to my editor and then I celebrated with ribs and a loaded baked potato from a local restaurant.
A few weeks from now I’ll start compulsively checking my email for first round edits. When I see the email, I’ll pour myself a glass of wine and then read it. There may be some chocolate involved to dull the pain of my editor pointing out plot continuity issues, timeline confusion, and areas where I think I’ve put all the information on the page that is in my head, but I haven’t. (I hate it when that happens.)
For the next couple of days I plan to binge watch Supernatural, bond with my furry beasts, and crochet. Once my brain is recharged, I’ll write the synopsis for the last book in the Going Down In Flames series, and then I’ll start on the next book in the Boyfriend Chronicles. Who do you think Delia (from The Boyfriend Bet) should end up with: Aiden or Jack?
